This charming small hotel was run by the extremely helpful staff. There were good sized & en suite rooms with the central AC, a terrace, balcony. The setting was comfortable and easy, close enough to the bus station and ticket booths as well as shoping centre.

We had the double room and it was new-fashioned. The location was fantastic in a very quiet area, adjacent to venice city center, Venice island, and the bus stop for the canals.
Well, the views were unpleasant here.

The hotel's location was unbeatable and exceptionally nice, next to main attractions, and the public areas. Besides, a spacious shopping mall was 2 km away from the property. The room we had was fashionable and modern with a balcony, the bedroom, a flatscreen TV. Having a hair dryer, a bidet, and free toiletries was a bonus.

Enjoyed my very very good stay at late night. The room was a decent size with smoke detectors for safety measures, and central heating, a multi-channel TV and a writing table. Everything was perfectly fine, nonetheless a few employees were absolutely rude.
Views were unpleasant.

Came in Mestre to relax and have fun, this good budget hotel was perfect place for doing it. The view was ASTONISHING and our room was cheap. We liked wake-up service available. Location: the property was adjacent to Venice. Plus their wifi was free.
